1. Software License

Upon purchasing a Kerf license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Kerf software client for your game development projects in accordance with the tier you selected.

2. Seat Distribution

Licenses are distributed on a per-seat basis. A "seat" represents a single user account capable of accessing the Kerf client and connecting to a Lore VCS repository. Seats cannot be shared among multiple physical individuals.

3. Third-Party Assets

Our software incorporates various open-source packages and dependencies. Their respective licenses are included within the software distribution in the `acknowledgements.txt` file. You agree to comply with all applicable third-party licenses when using Kerf.
